Terms of Service

By accessing or using any part of the Perroo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Perroo.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solutoids ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the entity that operates Perroo. If you are using Perroo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

• "Platform" means the Perroo website, mobile application, Partner Platform, APIs, and all associated services
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Pet Parent" means a user who uses Perroo to find and book pet care services
• "Provider" means a business or individual offering pet care services through Perroo
• "Content" means any text, images, data, or other material submitted through the Platform
• "Services" means the features and functionality offered by Perroo

You must be at least 18 years old to use Perroo. By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• If registering as a Provider, you hold all necessary licences and permits required to operate your business in your jurisdiction

To access most features of Perroo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Perroo Platform for its intended purposes.

Perroo is a platform that facilitates connections between pet parents and providers. We are not a pet care service provider ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers on the platform.

If you register as a Provider on Perroo, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain all required professional licences, insurance, and permits
• Honour confirmed bookings and appointments
• Treat pet parents and their pets with professional care and respect
• Comply with all applicable animal welfare laws
• Not use Perroo to solicit clients away from the platform to avoid fees
• Maintain appropriate records as required by law
• Not engage in discriminatory practices

Providers accessing the Partner Platform ("Provider Platform") at partners.perroo.com are additionally subject to any supplemental terms displayed within that platform.

Certain features of Perroo may require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge you for the applicable fees.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Applicable taxes (including GST) will be added to the displayed price where required
• Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance on the applicable cycle
• Refund eligibility is determined by the specific service or plan terms
• Provider payouts are subject to our payout schedule and applicable deductions

During the current beta period, the Provider Platform is available free of charge. We will provide advance notice before introducing paid plans.

All intellectual property in the Perroo Platform — including the brand, logo, software, design, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Solutoids. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The Perroo name, logo, and product marks are trademarks of Solutoids. You may not use them without express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Perroo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent that your content does not:

• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements
• Violate any applicable law
• Contain malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false reviews or manipulate the rating system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or malware
• Circumvent any technical protection measures
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current
• Provider services meet your expectations or requirements
• Defects will be corrected

Perroo is a marketplace platform. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for providers or their services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLUTOIDS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PERROO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solutoids and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination:

• Your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding payment obligations survive termination
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

For EU residents, nothing in these Terms limits your rights to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or prominent notice on the Platform before changes take effect. Your continued use of Perroo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
